These Terms apply to purchases from Deco-Party / deco-party digital, South Africa. Prices are in ZAR and payments are processed through Peach. By buying or using a product, you agree to these terms.
1. Personal use only
Digital products are supplied for your own personal, non-transferable use, including your own event or a gift. You may download and print the purchased design for that purpose only. Commercial use requires a separate written licence.
2. No resale or sharing
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, trade, share or give away any product or access. This includes blank templates, editable files, Canva links, masters and download links. You may not claim our designs or files as your own.
3. Personalised PDFs
A locked personalised PDF is created once-off from the event details you submit. It is a finished, non-editable product for that event and is not a reusable blank template. Check details carefully; we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information you supplied.
4. Delivery and refunds
Digital products are delivered by download or link and are generally non-refundable once delivered or made available. If a file is defective or there is a genuine technical delivery problem, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct or replace it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in our designs, artwork, layouts, templates, Canva materials, masters, text and files remains with Deco-Party or its licensors. Your purchase grants only the limited personal-use licence above; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
